Paid Spectra subscriptions are eligible for a refund within 30 calendar days of the first payment when the request meets the conditions below.
Eligibility
New paid subscriptions may request a refund within 30 calendar days of the first successful payment for that account or workspace. Enterprise custom contracts follow the signed agreement; when the agreement does not include custom refund terms, this published policy applies.
How to request a refund
Email billing@spectrawatcher.cloud with the account email, workspace name if applicable, invoice reference, and a short reason for the request. Spectra acknowledges refund requests within 2 business days.
Refund processing
Eligible refunds are submitted to the original payment method within 5 business days after approval. Bank, card network, and payment processor timing may affect when funds appear. Access to paid features may be cancelled when the refund is issued.
Exclusions
- Fraud, abuse, repeated trial or account cycling, or policy violations.
- Custom professional services, implementation work, or separately signed enterprise commitments.
- Taxes, currency conversion charges, or payment processor fees that the processor does not return.
