Effective May 2026. This page explains what Spectra collects, why we collect it, and how users can request deletion or export.

Data we collect

• Host telemetry, health snapshots, and service events required to generate claims.
• Account identity fields such as email and authentication metadata.
• Operational logs required for abuse prevention and reliability diagnostics.

How data is used

Data is used to operate dashboards, generate evidence-based interpretation, maintain service reliability, and respond to support requests. Spectra does not sell customer telemetry for advertising.

Retention and deletion

Retention windows vary by dataset and plan. Users may request account-level deletion via privacy@spectrawatcher.cloud. When legally permitted, deletion requests are processed within 30 days.

User rights

Users can request access, correction, export, and deletion of account data. Enterprise requests may require workspace admin approval.
